Service Fee Pricing
Comprehensive Assessment (SUD)
- Substance Use Disorder Comprehensive Assessment. Assessment is to determine SUD diagnosis (if any) and includes clinical recommendations. Assessment is also used for treatment placement when appropriate. If using insurance, the rate will be contracted rate with the insurance company.
Individual SUD Counseling
- Individual Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services by session via telehealth. If using insurance, the rate will be contracted rate with the insurance company.
Group Counseling (SUD)
- Substance Use Disorder Group per hour. Group is in 3-hour increments 1-3 x days per week via telehealth. If using insurance, the rate will be contracted rate with the insurance company.
