Service Fee Pricing
Comprehensive Assessment (SUD) or Diagnostic Assessment
- Substance Use Disorder Comprehensive Assessment. Assessment is to determine SUD diagnosis (if any) and includes clinical recommendations. Assessment is also used for treatment placement when appropriate. If using insurance, the rate will be contracted rate with the insurance company.
Individual SUD or Mental Health Counseling
- Individual Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services by session via telehealth. If using insurance, the rate will be contracted rate with the insurance company.
EMDR Intensives
- EMDR Intensives are not covered by health insurances. A sliding scale fee may be considered on certain circumstances. Please visit the EMDR Intensive page for pricing.
