Guest: Kristen Terry | MA, LMSW

Date: August 13, 2022

In Todays BHI episode I and Kristen Terry discuss many different types of ways we as mental health professionals can advocate for one another to have a better work-life balance. We discuss the importance of managers being more aware of therapist burnout and how to intervene.

We also get into the importance of 988 as a crisis hotline and what it means for our communities struggling with mental health.

It was an honor and pleasure working with Kristen!!
