Joey Bredesen Rebecca Erickson | MA, LAMFT

Episode 40

Show Notes

Guest: Joey Bredesen Rebecca Erickson | MA, LAMFT

Date: August 3, 2022

In today’s BHI episode we get into a discussion with Joey on the concepts of workplace ergonomics from a physical and mental health point of view. We then get into a discussion with Rebecca based on her perception and beliefs on how we as mental health professionals can advocate for one another to make our work experiences less stressful and more beneficial for one another. We discuss how the system that is set in place is causing mental health issues among therapists and increasing the burnout rate.

I just have to say it was a great pleasure having Joey and Rebecca on the show!
