Ava Schneeberger | Advocate

Episode 28

Show Notes

Guest: Ava Schneeberger | Advocate

Date: May 30, 2022

In Todays BHI episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Ava Schneeberger. Ava is a young passionate advocate who has gone through her own mental health struggles but has learned to voice herself through acting, modeling, and writing poetry (her first book has been published under Barnes and Noble and is titled “Listen”).  Ava is very passionate about feminism and good body image, Ava was the very first in her high school to create a “Body Empowerment group” when she was 16. Ava has been passionate about helping others while some kids would play Minecraft, or flappy bird, Ava was being a therapist to anonymous people on an app called 7cups as a 14-year-old.

It was an honor having her on my show.
